- How do I know I am getting quality service?
We are licensed and carry insurance which protects your pet and home. We have
many satisfied customers, testimonials and references.
Are you insured? Yes, we are covered through Pet Sitter Associates LLC. The Policy
is Administered by Insurance Facilities, Eau Claire, WI. and it is Underwritten by an:
A.M. Best rated: A (Excellent) Insurance Company.
Do I have to sign a contract? Our Pet Waste Removal Service and Dog Walking
Service are month to month and there are no contracts. There is a Pet Sitting Contract
which spells out all of our terms and your requirements so that there are no
misunderstandings.
Can my dog be left in the yard during Waste Removal Service? Yes. We love dogs;
however, we request that aggressive dogs be restrained on the day of service.
How am I billed? Dog Walking and Pet Waste Removal billing is for the month in
advance. The first month payment is required at the time of initial service. After that,
we will invoice you. We can email or mail it. You may log onto our website and pay
with your credit card, debit card or check using our secure Paypal payment page. You
don't need Paypal to use this service. You can also use your bank’s online banking,
and of course, we accept cash.
If I cancel, can I get a refund? You may cancel your Waste Removal Service or Dog
Walking Service with at least 24 hour notice, and we will issue a pro-rated refund for
the unused service. If you request a hold on your service, you will have a credit
balance toward restart of service.
How do you prevent spreading any diseases? We use a powerful disinfectant to clean our equipment
and shoes.
Can you rid my yard of urine odor? Yes, we use a safe yet powerful product that can be sprayed on
almost any surface. It will not damage grass, plants, or furniture and it is safe to use around pets and
people. It has a light, clean, non medicinal smell and it destroys odor while it sanitizes, so it is not just
masking the odor. You will notice an immediate difference.
What is done with the poop? We double bag it and place it in your trash container. If you prefer, we
can take it away for an additional $1.50 per visit.
How will you get in if my gate is locked? You can leave your gate unlocked the day of our service or
you can give us a key which will be stored in our secure key safe. We can also install a lock box key
safe so that your key always remains on your property.
Is there an extra charge for the first time? There may be an extra charge for the first service if there
has been a buildup of waste over time. We will always get your approval prior to performing service.
Do you offer other services? Yes. We offer a pre-event service that includes scooping, cleaning and
disinfecting hard surfaces such as patios and walkways, Lawn Deodorizer spray, and Optional Instant
Lawn green for greening up urine spots. We will make your yard shine for your event! Minimum
charge is $85.00. We also provide power washing of hard scape areas as well as Pet Sitting,
Dog Walking and cat litter box cleaning.
What if I don't need service for a few weeks? Just notify us at least one day ahead and we will put
your account on hold.
Is it possible to get a one time only scooping service.service?
Yes. The minimum charge for a one time scooping is $45.00 and depends on the amount of waste
buildup. We will always get your approval before starting work.
