- How did The Pet Concierge LLC get started?
Renee Bono, a lifelong resident of Orange County, began The Pet Concierge
LLC after realizing there was a need among pet owners for high quality, skilled
pet sitters, dog walkers and other pet care services. Having spent most of her
career with several Fortune 100 companies, while raising and training dogs in
her spare time, Renee was ready to combine her drive for excellence with her
love of and experience with caring for animals. In the beginning, The Pet
Concierge LLC was a one woman business, focused on providing exceptional
pet sitting, dog walking, pet waste removal and other pet care services along
with outstanding customer service. The combination proved to be what
customers were craving, and The Pet Concierge LLC was an immediate
success and continues to expand, with Pet Concierge pet care givers available in
many cities in North Orange County.
- How does The Pet Concierge LLC maintain quality?
Each Pet Concierge pet care giver is selected after an exhaustive hiring process
that results in an average of one new hire for every 100 applicants. All
applicants are screened for compatibility with and love for animals, good
judgement and decision making skills. They are required to submit to a criminal
background check, and go through Pet CPR and First Aid Training as well as
The Pet Concierge LLC pet sitting, dog walking and pet waste removal training.
We look for compassion, a positive attitude and the willingness to go above and
beyond what is expected, among other qualities, in our Pet Concierge pet care
givers.

customer service. We are large enough that we can guarantee a qualified,

personal touch is lost. Renee still meets with many clients herself, and all of our
care givers take the time to understand the needs of the pets as well as the pet
parents. We are licensed by the city of Brea, and every pet care giver is
covered by our pet sitter insurance policy, for the protection of your pet and
